Rock and Republic is an American high-end fashion and jeans brand founded by fashion mogul Michael Ball in 2002. The company is owned by Andrea Bernholtz. Prior to starting the company, Ball was an avid cyclist and gained design experience by creating his cycling team's uniforms.[1] Rock & Republic is well known for their line designed by Victoria Beckham, called 'VB Rocks'.
